Physical Examinations
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities Office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Activities Office not later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryout.
Students registering for Athletics in the 2021-22 school year must have a physical card on file that is dated April 1, 2020, or after. Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam.
